A LITTLE BIT
ABOUT
Virtual Production
Virtual production is an innovative filmmaking technique that blends live-action footage with digital environments in real-time, allowing filmmakers to create immersive and dynamic scenes. As a student at the Martin Scorsese Virtual Production Center at NYU Tisch, I gaining hands-on with cutting-edge technology and learning how to harness the power virtual production to enhance storytelling and visual artistry.
Henry's Magic and Costume Shop
Unreal Engine, Maya
The last store with the lights on in a soon-to-be-demolished mall. Everything has been packed away and moved out, except for the things that nobody wanted. Much like the Island of Misfit Toys, the store is composed of mismatched costumes, games, and statues that were either too high up to reach, too heavy to carry, or too damaged to take home. In the corner is a dressing room where you can try on one last costume, but it'll probably be ripped or stained.

Starling's Hollow
Unreal Engine, Maya
Welcome to Starling’s Hollow — a cozy little village tucked inside the hollow stump of an ancient tree. Here, the fairies rest after long days of playful mischief and trinket collecting. Stay awhile, but don’t linger too long… they don’t take kindly to uninvited guests.

Es Un Goal

The assignment was to create a 3D animation inspired by Bauhous Compositional Relationships. The two relationships that I decided to play with while developing this project were Contrast in Directions and Rest-Motion. The pearls move through the ring in three separate directions, while the ring slowly turns, in contrast to the pearls going through it. This movement and the pattern I used on the ring reminded me of watching an instant replay clip during a soccer match. This influenced my choice of sound design and title cards, ultimately creating a fun and abstract animation.
